-Provide Level 2-3 support for MAC and Windows 10 related issues.

Assist the MAC engineers to build out a DEP MAC enrolment service, to provide a Zero touch deployment for remote users need a MAC.

-Assist the MAC engineers in testing out JAMF cloud service and help make sure migration to this service is production ready.

-Ensure the MAC estate meets all AUDIT requirements.

-Provide L2 Windows 10 support to the APAC TechHub team to resolve escalated issues to the GCC team.

-Support Windows 10 and Office365 Evergreen Upgrade project

-Support the testing of H/W compatibility for new MAC and Windows 10 O/S updates

-Support the testing and implementation of global DAAS solution for EUC Strategy.

-Support the testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Autopilot for EUC Strategy
