?8-12年经验。精通路由和交换，特别是思科和阿鲁巴路由器和交换机。

?Advanced technical skill on Aruba, Palo Alto firewall, Cisco and Aruba Routing Switching, Cisco and Aruba Nexus Data Center, AWS cloud networking, Equinix cloud access services      

?8~12 years experienced. Expert Knowledge in Routing and Switching, especially on Cisco and Aruba Routers and Switches.

?Expert in Cisco and Aruba  Networking Technologies. Excellent  working knowledge on Cisco and Aruba ASR/ISR, Nexus Switches , Wireless products and technologies 

?Sound Knowledge and implementation, troubleshooting skills on Cisco and Aruba Data Center Nexus environment

?NX-OS upgradation and hotfixes understanding.

?Working Knowledge and implementation, troubleshooting skills on Cisco and Aruba switches and Routers , Data Center environment , cabling and patching understanding

?Knowledge and understanding of Security concepts like VPN, SSL VPN and ACL etc. 

?Very good skills on wireless technology

?Very good communication Skills Oral, Written & Presentation skills. Very good documentation skills, in making network diagrams, documents etc. 

?Customer Problem understanding, resolving Skills, Technical support and Implementation  knowledge. 

?Good diagnose and troubleshooting skills on Routing and Switching technology. 

?CCIE-R/S or DC ,  CCNP Certification is preferable

?Should have very good understanding of ITIL Framework and disaster recovery methods.

?Troubleshoot issues ,Technical Analysis and conclusion 

?As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical issues in front of the customer management.

?Actively participate in all the Major Incidents 

?Problem and Change management 

?Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.

?Responsible for performing Root Cause Analysis of Faults and providing corrective Actions

?Regular IOS upgradation and hotfixes
