职位描述
职责一：销售工作；
1、根据公司制定的年度销售目标、开拓市场及完成销售任务；
2、每月按时向销售副总经理汇报销售计划的实施情况，市场变化、具体业务的进展；
3、严格控制销售费用及销售成本的控制；
4、负责把握市场动态、及时评估自己产品的竞争力，并反馈至总经理；
5、负责定期检查部门的回款情况，对于出现的重大问题的欠款情况应及时与销售负责人协商提出具体解决方案；
6、负责维护与重点客户的关系。
职责二：产品市场分析及推动；
1、Market Share分析：负责部门产品整体市场规划、市场调研与销售预测；
2、定期梳理产品及行业的市场动态，搭建市场与销售对接的营销体系；
3、新产品市场把控及时发现新产品市场卖点，迎合市场需求；
4、执行集团市场策略：展会、研讨会及其他论坛的参与，对相应客户信息予以分析规划，以适应销售行为。
职责三：销售团队搭建；
1、组建一支有朝气、有活力、有战斗力的团队，确保全年销售目标的完成；
2、对下属销售人员聘用、考核、调配、晋升、惩罚、解聘与培训提出合理化建议。
职责四：完成主管交付的其它任务。
任职要求：
1、制药/生物/药学/机械/营销/贸易；
2、10年以上制药行业或机电设备及备品备件、制药工程经验；
3、销售管理培训、战略销售培训，具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；
4、熟悉制药工艺及制药设备，35岁以上；
5、有责任心，有敬业精神和服务意识，较强的抗压能力；
