Responsibilities:

 

1. Identify, develop and secure business opportunities for the group.

2. Understand capability, have good sense of customer demand, and then work with operations to develop project management solution for customers.

3. Deliver effective presentations to maintain customer attention, leave a powerful impression and to manage their expectations with the aim of building trustworthy professional image.

4. Identify and develop potential clients and client relationships by attracting, retaining and enhancing the relationship.

5. Establish and develop BD channels.

6. Assist partners/GM to develop business plans, strategies and BD materials in line with customer requirements.

7.Support partners/GM in promotional activities to build company brand and enhance sales growth.

 

Requirements:

1. At least bachelor degree with related major.

2. Full professional use of English, knowledge of other languages like German is suggested.

3. At least 1 year working experience in business development or a related sector.

Sales or marketing background/experience is preferable.

4. Proven team player who can also work on own initiative to plan and manage own workload.
