GroupM Job description 

GroupM is the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a SEO Supervisor  to join us.

In this role, you will grow all aspects of SEO activities, providing insight, strategy and high-quality deliverables， work with paid search and wider agency team to build integrated marketing solution for our clients.

Overview of job:

SEO Supervisor is responsible for SEO project management, including daily execution, organic technical and content planning, communications with internal teams and external client team, etc.

 KPI Metrics:

?Independent project management capability 

?Creativity and strategic thinking in ideas and strategies

?Problem solving mindset and capability

?Cross-functional communication efficiency

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to SEO Associate Director. 

Responsibilities of the role:

?Deliver solutions for clients with integrated thinking & SEO planning

?Quality control for deliverables including onsite and offsite solutions, contents writing, etc

?Project management between clients and internal teams working towards defined KPIs

?Stay abreast of industry updates, share with the teams and ultimately try to identify new opportunities for clients

Tasks & Measurement:

In three months: 

?You will be familiar with the SEO proposition (projects, optimization tasks, our services, tools, etc).

?You will have assumed responsibility for all SEO outputs and day to day communications with your clients and internal teams.

?You will have started to build good relationships with all members of the GroupM search team and wider agency teams.

In six months:

?You will be confidently managing the execution of SEO projects and presenting in client meetings.

?You will be deep diving the latest industry updates and trends and in particular how these impact your clients.

 In 12 months:

?You will have formed strong relationships with your clients and with internal teams.

?You will be independently managing 1-2 medium SEO accounts.

?Gain knowledge & experience to support line manager in developing strategy for existing business and new pitches

?You will deliver the best practice achieved in the past 12 months and share the learning & key observation on the market in team & agency level.

What you will need:

?3+ years of SEO experience.

?Proven experience of website optimization or content marketing related projects.

?Good knowledge of changes within the SEO/search industry and the latest practices and procedures. 

?Strong project execution management skills.

?Strong passion for SEO and content marketing.

?Working knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools necessary to monitor and report effectiveness.

?Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.

?Fluent English communication skills(written and spoken) is preferred.
