Social Compliance Auditor/社会责任审核员

Requirements任职要求:

- University degree, with major in Environment/Technology/Sociology/Law/English/Safety Engineering/Chemical Industry/Textile or related discipline

大学本科学历，环境/技术/社会学/法律/英语/安全工程/化工/纺织等相关专业

- Amfori BSCI qualification is a must 

须有Amfori BSCI 审核资质

- Experience as a BSCI Lead Auditor (with participation in at least 30 BSCI audits)

有作为BSCI主审的工作经历（不少于30次BSCI审核经验）

- 2 years of working experience, minimum 1 year in Corporate Social Responsibility, supply chain or auditing field

2年行业相关工作经验，至少一年企业社会责任审核/供应链/审核工作经验

-Good knowledge on legal requirements, guidelines and standards related to Labor, Health and Safety and Environment

具备良好的有关劳工、职业健康和安全以及环保等领域的法律法规知识

- Good written and spoken English skills

良好的英语书面和口语表达能力

- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and concisely, with strong interpersonal skill to resolve conflict

良好的沟通表达能力、人际交往能力与解决问题的能力

- Reliable, honest and high integrity

为人正直，诚实可靠

- Willing to travel frequently throughout the country

可接受国内频繁出差

Responsibilities职责:

- Conduct social compliance audits in accordance with local laws and regulations in different types of factories

依据当地法律法规要求对各类型工厂进行社会责任审核

- Complete audit reports for each activity on time with good quality

按时按质完成审核报告

- Follow the company’s policies and procedures on confidentiality, integrity, health and safety, administration, etc.

遵守公司关于保密、诚信、健康和安全等相关的政策和规定

- Follow up queries about audits and reports from clients as well as internal team

及时答复客户和公司关于审核的相关疑问

- Cooperate with operation and technical team for daily audit related affairs

密切配合运营、技术部门解决日常审核中的相关问题

- Perform other duties as directed
