Job Description:
· Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exception cases
· Handle complaints and claims from customers and to co-ordinate exception cases
· Support sales calls to introduce operation procedure
· Maintain good relationship with customers
· Coordinate special requests from customers
· Provide reports and statistic to customers on a monthly basis in demanded format
Requirements:
· College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant
· College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant
· 5 years experience in forwarding industry, at least 3 years focused in Air Export operation
· Be familiar with the process and procedures of international trade
· Be familiar with the policies and local codes of customs clearance
· Good command of English in both speaking and writing
· Good command of MS-Office
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
