1.Be responsible for quotation of FCL shipment including ocean freight, local charges, EXW/DDP/DDU charges as per SOP.

根据标准操作流程负责整箱箱货物报价（含运费，本地费用，EXW／DDP／ DDU条款下的费用）；

2.Be responsible for make booking and update booking information in time as per SOP.

根据标准操作流程负责定舱并及时反馈定舱信息；

3.Be responsible for container loading through co-ordinating with CFS/trucker as per SOP.

根据标准操作流程，与仓库/车队协调装箱事宜；

4.Be responsible for customs clearance co-ordination with customs broker to update clearance status as per SOP.

根据标准操作流程，与报关行协调跟踪报关状态；

5.Be responsible for container on-boarding as per SOP or report to leader if necessary.

根据标准操作流程，跟踪集装箱上船出场，必要时汇报上级；

6.Be responsible for checking and making B/L instruction.

负责提单的核对与制作；

7.Be responsible for daily communication with overseas for daily operational issues or report to leader if necessary.

负责与代理针对日常操作的邮件沟通，必要时汇报上级;

8.Co-ordinate with related parties for any problems during daily operation and report to leader if necessary.

与相关部门协调处理日常操中遇到的问题，必要时汇报上级；

9.Finishing related key-in in Phoenix system as per SOP.

根据标准操作流程，完成相关信息的录入；

10.Revenue and costing checking or audit and close file.

根据标准操作流程，对成本和收入进行检查并完成关帐;

11.Supporting Supervisor if necessary.

必要时协助主管。

岗位要求：

1.大专或以上学历

2. 至少1年以上整箱操作经验

3. 熟练的中英文打字；良好的英语读写能力
