5年/以上财务经验，英语沟通流利，有财务证书者优先

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 

? Responsible for operation, review and lead on a group of markets, assist and support leader to guide and coach members.

? Review intercompany out of balance reconciliation, B/S and P&L elimination on a monthly or quarterly basis before the deadline. 

? Responsible for month end closing activities and make necessary journal entry adjustment.

? Organize the quarterly balance sheet review meeting with key stakeholders and provide the solutions to the issues raised in the meeting.

? Involve in Annual Statutory and Corporate Audit. Support in clarifying audit queries. Review the local audit reconciliation and support members to complete local audit related work.

? Support members to solve complex problems and organize internal training to share the experience

? Identify opportunities or risks during the daily operation and contribute ideas to CI and risk control

? Support regional or global projects with good organizational and leadership skills 

? Follow global RCM control points and operate on a accounting compliance basis

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

? Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields

? Minimum of 5 years of related accounting experience 

? Strong Accounting knowledge and well understand IC end-to-end process

? Ability to work independently, in a team and assist Team Lead/Manager on business issue resolution 

? Sensitive to data details and data accuracy

? Strong problem-solving and analytic skills

? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines? Strong accounting compliance mindset 

? Good communication, organizational and leadership skills 

? Proficient in English language 

? Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

? Professional Accounting qualification (CPA/CMA/ACCA) is a plus

? ERP/CI/Automation/Macro Project experience is a plus

? ERP experience is preferred

? Multinational environment experience
