JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：

? Must possess experience in all phases of the bidding and proposal process. The Proposal team will be responsible to establish maintenance schedules, detailed estimates, proposals and develop resource plans to ensure a timely response.
? Work with team members and various Metso interfaces to understand market position, competition, current capabilities, culture, and client drivers to effectively create proposal content and promote Metso’s competitive differentials
? Oversee all estimating work to ensure it accurately captures the intended scope of work
? Coordinate with local service teams to source suppliers and estimate costs for each element within the proposal
? Prepare and presents proposals / estimates and recommends levels of confidence or risk required for management decision.
? Audit estimations and proposals to ensure the quality of estimating functions.
? Other work assigned by supervisor

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

? Proven success in the following job competencies
? Experience reading and analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating proposal outlines and schedules, managing and coordinating proposal teams, writing new material, editing written material, and producing high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.
? Possess excellent Chinese/English oral and written communications skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly in writing.
? Knowledge in planning /scheduling and estimating
? Technical and practical comprehension of engineering procurement, and constructions and general business techniques.
? Ability to organize well, adhere to schedules, handle pressure while multi-tasking
