• 岗位工作概述：

  

在维修工程师的领导下，按照检修规程进行全厂机械设备、电气仪表、储罐、管道等的维护、保养和修理工作，负责全厂生产与公用工程系统设备的日常运转。

  

 

  

• 岗位职责与工作任务：

  

1、与生产人员紧密配合及时排除突发故障、确保生产运行安全稳定。

  

2、按照要求进行巡检和日常维护(包括润滑、撤换、清洁)，随时排除故障，保持工厂设备的完好状态。

  

3、按照维修规程，按时保质地进行机械设备电气仪表的安装、调试、维修、更换零部件等工作。

  

4、掌握全厂所有机械设备、电气仪表的结构性能、工作原理和操作方法，掌握各类维修工具使用。

  

5、按照ISO9001/14001/28001体系要求实施维修作业。

  

6、保持原始资料的完整，认真进行检修记录，及时归档。

  

7、按备品备件管理程序，配合工程师做好备品备件的领用、保管、登记、盘点等工作。

  

8、遵守公司各项制度和纪律，坚持安全***，文明检修。

  

9、执行公司的其他工作任务。
