Mission: Ensure the fulfuilment of market demand by optimising 16-hour detailed scheduling and production planning up to 2-week horizon within capacity constraints.

Ensure Manufacturing Systems implementation and development in correspondence with plant digitalisation vision.

Responsibilities:

> Detailed Scheduling: (Full)

？ Standardises and enforces scheduling principles/methods/protocols

？ Ensures the creation of production plan based on customer area demands taking into account constraints like capacity and capability as well as Master Data

？ Ensures continuously monitoring of production plan and react (modify plan) in case of deviations

？ Ensures the escalation if indentified risks that can't be mitigated

？ Ensures the next Shift's plan is fixed (but subject to dynamic changes on Shop Floor)

> Rolling Weekly Planning (Full)

？ Oversees pre-planning ensuring that all production areas are not overloaded and scheduled in the most cost efficient way 

？ Monitors if production is sequenced according to pre-plan

？ Communicates pre-plan and identified bottleneck/priority areas

？Ensures all production areas (Curing, Tire Building, Preparation and Mixing) are sequenced to fullfill customer demands and support the target production volume of the plant in the most cost efficient way

？Ensures Phase-out performance

？Ensures SA performance

> ETO/PM/Project Downtime Planning (Full)

？ Oversees that ETOs, ISD, Plant Trials and SOPs are scheduled and sequenced according to demand and priority

？ Oversees PM planning against agreed target

？ Supports Projects with machine availability without compromising KPIs e.i. Volume, Stock, SA, ETO/PM

>  Plant Digitalisation (Shared)

？ Steers the team for system reporting and PICR

？ Supports development for sequencing automated tool 

？ Supports the communication and convey the vision of Plant Digitalisation together with Leading Technology team

> Manufacturing Systems (Shared)

？ Steers SAP PP/CGMS/WPS/CGRS/EWM implementation and features development in Hefei

？ Supports Plant Manufacturing System Coordinator to oversee the development of interfaced systems

？ Level resource/escalate when necessary to support RKUs to achieve MS target in APAC tire plants

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT, Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry Application Science or similar 

- More than 3 years in Tire Manufacturing or more than 5 years work experience in a manufacturing process related field

- Previous experience in Sequencing daily operation, common practices highly priviledged

- Proficiency in SAP PP/APO highly priviledged

- In-depth knowledge of MES priviledged

- Fluent English

Ltd., was established.

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
