Responsibilities：
？ Complete quality approvals and acceptance for non-conformances, product and process changes.
？ Plan the quality control plan of product processing and manufacturing process.
？ Compile work instruction documents related to quality control.
？ Handling internal non-conformance include material/process/product etc.
？ Work with internal customers to perform and resolve internal audit finds with appropriate documentation
？ Set up a metric system to track returned units, root cause of returns and a timing response to customers
？ Set up a system to track and maintain calibration on test and measuring equipment
？ Lead the facility to meet and maintain quality standards to achieve ISO, IATF and other regulatory standards,include attend internal audit/process audit/product audit/shop floor audit
？ Develop internal and external means to measure parts when needed

Requirements：
？ 3 + years of hands on experience in a manufacturing environment.
？ Rick work experience from Auto parts industry. Familiar with quality control & quality program management.
？ Experience with ISO and IATF standards
？ Use of 8D or equivalent for problem solving
？ Use of quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
？ Statistical process control – control charting key parameters and performing gage R&R studies
？ Experience in a global company setup
