Regional Sales Manager –South China

JOB PURPOSE:
? Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified region to achieve established sales target. Manage the day-to-day activates of a regional sales force in order to implement the Company overall sales strategy for an assigned region
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop annual sales plans & budgets
? Build, develop, coach & motivate the sales forces
? Providing sales team with clear direction, expectation & feedback
? Implement structure & process to achieve rapid & successful expansion
? Identifying & advancing sales opportunities through deep knowledge of products, services and market
? Monitor the performance of sales team or branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve overall results
? Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies for the region
? Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, credit and collection
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
? University graduate in Mechanical / Engineering related discipline
? 8-10 years sales & marketing experience, at least 5 years at managerial experience
? Sophisticated communication skills across stakeholders even under great environment
? Self motivated with ability to meet deadline and target
? Result driven, aggressive sales person who is used to working under pressure & achieving quantitative results
? Has the ability to motivate people & push them to the limit
