Essential Responsibilities:

• Book with carriers, check new booking with oversea offices, contact vendors for new orders
• Coordinate with carriers for the space, docs and other relevant issues
• Coordinate with the vendor and trucking company for the cargo picking-up
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse for Consol box loading (if any)
• Check customs declaration docs, arrange custom declarations, fill in AMS and ISF
• Coordinate with destination office for DDU, DDP shipment
• Billing, send pre-alert and job closing
• Work with Coordinator for docs making, preparation, system data inputting
• Update and complete system (BDP Smart Vu)
• Communicate with venders, carriers, oversea offices to complete the jobs
• Support Account Manager to providing report for VIP customers
• Provide cost reports to customers
• Ensure all decisions and actions take into account the utmost safety in respect to the quality of the environment and health of employees and contractors in which BDP interacts with on a daily basis.

Academic Qualifications/ Experiences:

• College or University Graduates, Preferably major in Logistics
• Minimum of 1 years of experience handling Ocean Freight Export functions

            

    

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Understanding of common INCOTERMS
• Familiar with Shipment Modes/Types
• Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bank Draft , COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc
• Knowledge of China Customs, CIQ etc requirement for ocean exporting
• Knowledge of customs policy for different countries Performance of freight and related services
• Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import
• Good MS Office Skills in Excel and Word
• Good English skills
