职位描述
岗位描述 1. 掌握有机合成的常规反应及实验操作流程； 2.能够根据化合物合成要求，协助设计合成路线并完成实验； 3. 能够对分析图谱进行解析，熟练掌握化合物结构鉴定的方法；4. 熟练掌握各种文献专利的检索，并能熟练阅读英文文献； 5. 根据项目进展要求，合理制定并执行合成计划，协助管控项目研发成本、研发进度、研发质量、研发风险； 5. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作内容。
任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，药物化学、化学或相关专业，硕士工作经验 1 年以上，本科工作经验 3 年以上； 2、熟悉新药研发过程，有过新药研发经验为优； 3、较强的沟通能力及执行能力，责任心强，具有团队协作精神；
