1. The HR officer provides administrative support to HR operations internally including database maintenance, staffing, mobility management, reporting and other projects assigned
2. The HR officer will be responsible for certain position's recruitment

Staffing:

• Maintain recruitment system, upload recruitment post and daily refresh recruitment advertisements; be responsible for assigned recruitment task
• Assist in arranging interviews and collecting assessment
• Assist in physical check-up, on-boarding, transfer and separation etc.
• Maintain and update staff's information; manage HR folders and personal files

Contracting:

• Prepare contracts and PNFs for staff

• Responsible for probation confirmation and contract renewals

Reporting and administration:

• Prepare recruitment report, headcount report, training report etc.

• Assist to prepare all HR related documents such as JD, organisation chart, offer, employment letters

And announcement etc.

• Responsible for expat's work permit/visa application and renewal
• Manage medical license, certificates and assist in examinations
• Liaison with local authorities and stay up to date with China medical licensing legislation and processes
