1.     Drive the continuous improvement process for parts, products and processes using 8D method and the respective quality methods (5xWhy, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, Poka Yoke, etc.) not only in case of quality problems

2.     Support failure analysis of unqualified parts during serial production

3.     Measurement of parts and products according to control plan when necessary

4.     Reporting of internal Quality status and keep the necessary records.

5.     Take charge of quality statistics and analysis (SPC)
and prepare and maintain product quality control database

6.     Product audits incl. LPA, follow up of necessary corrective measures

7.     Support new product development and launch in production;

Fulfill other tasks deployed by the manager

    

职位任职条件 Basic Requirements   :

1 More than 3 years quality control related working experience in auto-industrial至少3年汽车行业质量控制相关工作经验
