Job Description

Bosch Junior Managers Program (JMP), is an international wide program designed to attract excellent leadership potential talents for accelerated careers.

In our 16 to 24 months personalized program, we offer you 3 to 4 rotations including day-to-day business involvement across different business and functions, international assignment with challenging projects, and an experienced mentor in top management with inspiration, as well as best in class trainings.

With this position, you will be doing:

What achievement you will make?

1 Successful transfer of product and know-how from Germany to China and establish a strong engineering network.

2 Development of a local for local smart mechatronic system for China. (handling systems, pressing and automation)

Focus on Factory Automation System Solution for China.

Build-up product know-how and set-up local application team e.g. Smart Function Kit for Handling, Pressing etc.

Responsible to establish requirements and pilot testing with key local customers.

Develop “bridge solution” for customer application and customer support.

Develop connectivity enabled Smart Mechatronic System based on local market requirements.

Support development of business case in China for Smart MechantroniX (SMX) system

Collaboration with international product development team.

Qualifications

Job Related Qualification and Preferences:

• Technically trained in mechanical engineering and software
• Knowledge in object-oriented programming (e.g. Java)
• Know-how in Node JS, JSON/REST API
• Experience in product development and project management
• Knowledge in factory automation, robotics and assembly technology
• Fast learner and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, working in international team
• Creative thinking and innovative
