1.Make preventive maintence procedure and plans for automation equipment,and guide technicians to complete maintenance work.

指定自动化设备的预防维护规程和维护计划，并指导技术员完成维护工作。

2.Timely repair production equipment and issue equipment failure analysisi report.

及时修复故障设备，出具故障分析报告

3.Responsible for the installation,debugging,verification and maintence of automation equipment

负责自动化设备前期的安装、调试、验证以及后期的维护改造工程

4. Analyze and improve the repeated failures of the equipment to improve the efficiency of the equipment

对设备的重复故障，进行分析和改进，提高设备效率。

5.Maintain automation equipment spare parts

做好自动线的备品备件管理

6.Maintain all documents ,records and reports of engineering job requisitions ,preventive maintenance

维护所有工程申请、预防维护和校验的文件、记录、报告等

7.Provide engineering suopport to operation & project team in troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement activities.

为营运及项目提供技术支持，以及持续改善

任职要求：

1.Above 5 Years working experience in automation equipment design or maintenance area

5年以上非标自动化设备设计或维护经验

2.Familiar with PLC and HMI programming of common brands,familiar with the application of servo control system and troubleshooting methods

熟悉常见品牌的PLC 和HMI的程序编写，熟悉伺候控制系统的运用和故障排除方法

3. Have experience in the application of CCD detection sustem,be able to complete the debugging of CCD detection sustem independently

有CCD检测系统的应用经验，能独立完成CCD检测系统的调试

4.Good communication and cooperation skills

具有良好的沟通和合作技巧

5.Quick response and efficient working style
