Job Description:
- Primarily be responsible for HR operation in Site Shenzhen, ability to working independently with minimum supervision.
- Be accountable for implementing overall HR policy and regulations into the site, working closely with the labor agencies and support the line HR to provide the clients in Shenzhen with the world class service.
- Working closely with the finance team and payroll vendor for the payroll service on Shenzhen and Beijing.
- Participate in some project on a country level on a need basis.


Job Requirements:
- Human resource generalist background with at least 8 years’ experience and a demonstrated record of success and career in a fast-paced working environment. Previous experiences in semiconductors or high-tech industry is preferred.
- Sound business acumen, solid analytical skills and the demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively while working in an unstructured and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience working independently and with maturity to manage multiple organizational issues and complex employee relation matters in a matrix environment with excellent execution
- A deep understanding of China employment laws and its applications
- A working knowledge of HR software tools (i.e. PeopleSoft HRIS, equity plans, performance management, etc.), and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Must have excellent oral and written English skills to effectively communicate with corporate stakeholders
