1.负责线上商城首页设计，详情页设计、参与促销专题活动视觉方案策划；

2.独立完成集团商城各品类的设计需求；

3.协助主管对页面进行优化，统一协调维护整站的视觉效果；

4.能进行一定的设计素材收集与整理工作，行业资料收集与跟踪分析 ；

5.具有营销意识，精准了解运营的需求，了解用户视觉交互的习惯，清晰表达创意思路，独立完成交付的各项工作。

职位要求：

1.有2年以上平面/网页设计工作经验，有电商大促设计、互联网电子商务行业的优先；

2.精通各类图形软件（PS\AI\AE\FL），具备较好的审美力，独特的创意，扎实的美术功底；

3.了解广告设计趋势,精通DW、C4D具备插画和各类风格手绘能力的优先；

4.有良好的工作协调能力和沟通能力，思维活跃，认真负责,能够承受工作压力。
