工作内容： 

1、根据公司企业文化工作规划，进行企业文化理念体系的建设、修订； 

2、根据公司企业文化目标，负责具体落实企业文化发展目标，制定年度企业文化推进方案，并按照计划实施； 

3、负责公司文化活动的相关报道，包含文案撰写、宣传海报的制作等（简单制作即可），对外宣传企业文化，对内宣传企业价值观、使命、愿景等；

 4、公司内部论坛的策划、建立、管理维护、运营，切实提升员工互动； 

5、根据新员工入职情况，安排新员工入职培训及测试；

 6、负责员工福利方案的提报与执行； 

7、负责公司大型会议（年会、干部会议等）策划、资源协调及实施； 

8、定期进行相关人物、事迹的采访报道； 

9、完成上级交给的其他任务。 

岗位要求： 1、大专及以上学历，专业不限； 

2、有三年以上企业文化活动策划、运营经验，可独立策划公司员工活动，对参与度负责，策划执行过大型活动者优先； 

3、有创意，有想法，知识面广，文笔佳，可独立完成宣传文案的编写，根据宣传节点，可简单制作宣传海报； 

4、优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、创新能力； 

5、性格开朗、亲和力强，能迅速融入员工环境，不介意在公司内“抛头露面”，能够完成协调沟通和定期培训任务，有主持经验者更佳；

 6、能使用手机简单拍摄并剪辑活动花絮； 

7、严谨负责、有团队精神，良好的职业道德。
