Job description 岗位描述

1. Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects, Define System Requirements from the customer requirements;

收集，整理客户的技术需求；根据客户需求制定系统技术规范；

2. Design of System Architecture for LED ECU;

制定车灯LED驱动器的系统架构以及接口规范；

3. Creating a system engineering planning and steering project teams within the corresponding framework;

制定系统开发计划，根据开发流程协调团队的开发工作；

4. Defining and planning trouble shooting and change management in the project for the overall product in terms of construction, hardware and software or of a system and its components;

负责项目研发相关的问题解决以及变更管理；

5. Defining and planning configuration management in the project for the overall product in terms of construction, hardware and software or of a system and its components. Administrating the configuration environment and tools for the project teams;

负责配置管理相关工作；

6. Close communication with the project team;

与项目团队保持良好的沟通；

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field;

电子电气等专业本科或以上学历；

2. At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control modules;

汽车电子零部件行业3年以上研发经验；

3. Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.);

熟悉汽车总线通信以及诊断协议，比如CAN，LIN，UDS；

4. Good skills in English;

英语熟练；

5. Good communication and coordination skills;

良好的沟通与协调技巧；

6. Self-motivated, Engineering thinking，responsibility;

能够自我激励；富有工程思维；有责任心

7. System, Electrical, or Software Engineering experience is preferred;

有系统，电子电气或软件方面工作经验者优先；

8. Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS);

优先考虑有需求管理软件(如DOORS)使用经验者；

9. Knowledge of the V-Model is preferred;

对V型开发模式有较好理解者优先考虑；

10. Open mind and team work spirit;

Hella’s Nanjing location is the newest addition to our group of development centers in China. In Nanjing, the Hella electronics and lighting divisions will be combined in one office. As the electronic content of automotive lighting products continues to increase, synergies between the lighting group and the electronic group will be more important in the years to come . Over the next three years the Nanjing facility will grow to over 200 engineers. Additional e x pansion in Nanjing is planned to include a test lab and a nearby production site.
