Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (Virtualization)

You have a passion for technology and a can-do positive, pro-active attitude. You are a seasoned software engineer who designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs complex software applications, demonstrating for others how to resolve issues in innovative and practical ways.

Position Overview

This role provides an opportunity to participate in the software engineering process of a major, worldwide software company defining the future of work with open and closed-source projects at its core. You will work hands-on to develop software that is changing how the world works in a collaborative team structure.

Responsibilities

· Compose and maintain design specifications and component documents.

· Design and implement back end business logic for new features.

· Embraces Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).

· Embrace and institute best practices and coding standards (e.g.: code reviews, logging and instrumentation, unit tests) within the team.

· Collaborate with a team of engineers focusing on 'design first' thinking, incorporating different end user personas.

Basic Requirements

· Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related field with 3~5 years building enterprise-grade appliances.

· Experience in C#/C++ or equivalent programming languages with solid analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.

· Strong foundation of computer science concepts, data structures, and algorithms..

Preferred qualifications

· Experience in Windows application development (Win32/.Net) is a plus.

· Experience in Web/Security/Data-analytics product is a plus.
