Responsibility：

1. Order Management between SGS oversea Clients and Suppliers in AP. Handle all necessary procedures in connection with order shipment, export, customs formalities and payment. Ensure continuity of supply (from the Logistics perpective).

2. Lead the office administration including all organizational, logistic and document-control related aspects.

3. Participate in Sourcing Projects/Operations (quotation, evaluation, recommendation), having close cooperation with the Purchasing Organizations and the Quality Engineers of TK Elevator worldwide. 

4. Assist to arrange the visit of overseas colleagues to China.

5. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.

6. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

7. Other assignments from direct superior.

Requirements:

1.University Graduate (Bachelor or above).

2.1-3 years of related experience with multi-national manufacturer (Oustanding Candidates with no experience also considered).

3. Be a team-player able to co-operate with different personalities and different cultural backgrounds.

4.Fluent in English and Chinese (written and oral) in order to function effectively in an international business environment a must.

5.Additional languages spoken within the TK Elevator useful. 

6.High sense of responsiblities. 

7.Willingness to learn.
