Job Description

• Prepare and execute test for regulator protocols at D&V VRT-315 Pro or Motoplat VC07
• Issue und evaluate test results in comparison of the given specification. Align test results with regulator experts at AACG/PUQ-Esb and AA-CG/PAR-ENG1
• Release of regulators (protocol regulators, MFR,….) as Sparepart/Component or use in alternators
• Create market overview regarding avaiable tester for regulators. Support alignment of test equipment at AACG/PAR
• Support Improvement/ Calibration/ Repair of regulator testbenches. Benchmark of testbenches
• Create test programs/ Benchmark of competitor products
• Coordinate ISIR and develop quality inspection planning to ensure component meet specifications especially in regards to regulators and functionality of products
• Work with supplier and internal team to finish PPAP approval based on project timing plan
• Collect failure costs and claim to supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, or
  mechanical engineering
• Over 3 years’ experience in software design and
  electronics incl. project management
• Deep knowledge in electrical parts
• Deep knowledge to use electrical tester
• High motivation to dig into new challenges
• Deep knowledge with PEP, sub-processes and activities, APQP and PPAP.
• Good knowledge with Quality Management tools such as FEMA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA , 8D tools and IATF 16949.
• Basic knowledge with DRBFM, DFMA, KTAnalysis, Six Sigma, Shainin.
• Good English Communication
