岗位设置的目的 / GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
根据公司整体经营规划,建立、实施和维护人力资源体系、政策等,确保当前和未来的业务发展有充足的优质人才。根据国家和地方的安全以及环境法律法规的要求,建立、实施和维护公司EHS体系,来确保生产经营符合所有法规和客户的要求。
In accordance with the companies overall business strategies, build, implement and maintain Human Resources systems, policies, etc, to ensure an adequete quality talent supply for the current and future business development needs. According to the state and local safety and environment legal requirements, establish, implement and maintain the company’s EHS systems to ensure the operations comply with all legal and customer’s requirements.
岗位职责 / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
根据公司整体经营需求,制定并实施HR策略。
Develop and implement HR strategies/policies in accordance with the companies overall business needs.
开发、实施和改进员工关系促进项目,建设一个以员工关怀、员工沟通、员工激励、员工保留为主要目标的、和谐的、敬业的企业文化。
Develop, implement and improve employee relationship facilitation programs to build a harmonizing and engaging culture whose main purpose is focused on employee caring, employee communication, employee motivation and employee retain.
管理人才招聘计划,以确保优质的人力资源供应。
Manage talent recruitment planning to ensure quality manpower supply.
根据公司人力资源制度,管理并持续改善,确保公司在薪酬福利方面有竞争优势。支持和实施包括薪资在内的年度绩效评估。
Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of C&B system in compliance with applicable HR laws/regulations and to ensure competitive strength. Support and enforce the company process for annual performance reviews including salaries.
根据总部和当地的人力资源流程,建议和实施人才管理流程、能力评估,以及相关培训与发展项目。
Advise and implement the talent management processes, competence profiles and relevant training and development programs in alignment with global and local HR processes.
管理厂区外办公室和人员等,并向集团提出合理化建议。
Manage/Advise corporate on off site company offices, personnel,etc.
积极参与持续改善流程,包括实施管理公司的CIP项目。
Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement Process including the administation of the CIP program.
在人力资源所有相关领域包括薪酬体系、招聘、绩效管理、培训、人才发展、人才保留、员工关系方面,作为HR经理给其他部门经理提供建议。
Act as a HR Business Partner to advise managers on all aspects of personnel management including C&B system, recruitment, performance management, training, talent development, talent retain and employee relationship.
与所有相关业务方包括政府部门、当地人力资源网络保持紧密联系。
Maintains a close working relationship with all interface partners including government and local HR networking.
担任环境管理体系管理者代表。
Be the Management Representative of The Envioronmental System.
监督安全、环境、健康方面的工作。
Supervise work in safety, environment and health areas.
上级分配的其他任务。
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor of this position.

Ⅱ.学历要求 EDUCATION:
本科学士学位,工商管理硕士学位优先。
Bachelor degree required, and MBA preferred.
Ⅲ.工作经验EXPERIENCE:
至少8年外资制造业人力资源工作经验,其中包括至少5年涵盖所有人力资源领域(包括薪酬,绩效管理,招聘,人员配置和招聘,员工关系,组织发展等)通才或业务伙伴的工作经历。
Min. 8 years of HR working experience in Foreign Manufacturing Companies, including min 5 years’ experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner to cover full HR function’s activities (including C&B, Performance Management, Staffing & Recruitment, Employee Relationship, Organization Development etc.).
