职责与角色:

1. 汇报给制剂总监，负责海维液体制剂研发工作:
2. 文献检索与实验设计
3. 设计并执行液体处方开发工作流程
4. 制作实验室基本液体制剂(包括但不限于注射剂、悬浊剂、眼部用药、透皮给药体系、冻干制剂等)
5. 针对API、制剂进行理化表征
6. 撰写实验报告
7. 参与专利申请流程

背景要求

1. 硕士或博士学位
2. 药学 或 化学相关教育背景 （物理化学、有机化学、化学工程、生物工程均可)
3. 有1年以上药企研发工作经验
4. 熟悉液体制剂开发流程
5. 自我驱动力强
6. 具有批判性思维

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Report to Formulation Director, responsible HaiWei Liquid & Parenteral formulation development activities

• Literature search & design experiments
• Design and execute automated workflows for liquid formulation
• Produce formulation in lab-scale (injectables, suspensions, ophthalmic formulation, transdermal formulation, freeze-dried formulation etc.)
• Carry out physical-chemical characterization for API and formulations
• Write experimental reports timely
• Participate patent filing process

Background

• Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry (physical chemistry, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering), pharmaceutical or analytical sciences with 1-2 year related working experience
• Entrepreneurship, open-minded, self-motivated
• Clear-thinking, innovative and dynamic
• Familiar with analytical development and overall CMC activities of Pharmaceutical R&D
