为了加强我们的团队,我们正在寻找在水行业,或者石油和天然气行业拥有专业背景和丰富经验的中国区销售工程师/销售经理。
工作职责:
- 开发新客户,填补专业区域市场并寻找、开发新的稳定增长市场及客户
- 在水行业、或石油和天然气领域,与客户建立和维持紧密的合作关系
- 按地区划分负责销售任务,与客户进行商务谈判和签订合同,并协助执行管道修复项目
- 负责销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售目标,并协调完成市场营销活动
- 与设计院建立良好关系,协助设计产品选型等工作
- 独立完成一些技术支持工作,并与客户进行技术交流
- 负责收集市场和行业信息并提供给市场部
职位要求:
- 本科以上学历,工程类或理科类专业
- 5年及以上工作经验,具备水行业,或石油和天然气领域的工作背景和市场经验。管道建设或土木建筑工程行业相关优先考虑
- 管材或者相关上下游产品的行业背景,具备一定的销售经验, 了解相关行业内主流技术
- 具有水,石油和天然气公司/设计机构/建筑工程公司背景者优先考虑
- 环保及相关行业背景
- 优秀的沟通协调能力,团队合作能力和较强的沟通能力
- 能独立工作,有自学能力,且对工作有较高的主动性
- 自律,诚实,守信
- 应项目要求,能适应出差
- 微软办公软件技能并善于做项目陈述或产品展示
- 工作语言中文为主,英文为辅。有外资公司工作经验者优先考虑

Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
Location: Shanghai
Travelling: Frequently but depends on projects
Reporting to: Regional Manager

Primus Line® belongs to the leading technologies in the field of trenchless pressure pipe rehabilitation in the world. Primus line GmbH relies on Germany as production site and owns a global sales network in 12 locations, which includes the branches in the United States, Canada, Australia and China.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with deep knowledge and rich experience in the water(and or oil & gas) industry in China.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new market, new customers, and identify new sales leads in China
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with new clients
- Responsible for the sales task in assigned region, manage contract negotiations to closure, and build up pipeline projects for assigned territory
- Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities and complete the sales targets, and coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Good relationship with the design institute, and assist the designer to finish the product selection and other work
- Complete some technical support work and engage in technical communication with customers
- Responsible for collecting market and industry information and providing to the Marketing Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or science
- 5+ years of professional knowledge and market experience in the areas of water, oil & gas, preferably in the Pipeline or Civil Engineering industries
- Background related to the piping market, and or relevant experience in product sales and understanding of mainstream technology
- Strong background of Water / Oil & Gas companies, Design institutes or Construction companies is preferred
- Understanding environmental and quality requirements of asset owners
- Excellent communication and team skills and persuasiveness
- Significant independent working methods, self-learning ability and own-initiative on a high level
- High self-esteem, honest and has a high degree of reliability in reporting
- Capacity and willingness to travel
- MS office skills and good at presentation
- Native Chinese and English is a plus. Former working experience in a foreign company is preferred
