职责与角色

1. 直接汇报给总经理，负责海维长三角区域的商务拓展:

？ ASAPprime 软件授权、培训、IQ/OQ

？ ASAPprime 相关的实验室服务

？ 新分子的Pre-IND 开发服务

？ 固相化学研发服务

？ 505(b)(2) 管线的对外许可、共同开发

？ 海维的其他产品、服务

2. 参与展会，宣传海维的产品、服务

3. 发现并跟进潜在的商业机会，参与关键技术讨论，识别用户需求，促成商业合作

4. 管理报价、合同签订

5. 协助管理合同执行、发票、收款

6. 收集客户反馈、推动商务流程持续改善

背景要求

1. 硕士或博士学位
2. 药学 或 化学相关教育背景 （物理化学、有机化学、化学工程、生物工程均可)
3. 有1年以上药企工作经验
4. 熟悉新药开发的CMC流程
5. 有企业家精神、思想开明
6. 自我驱动力强
7. 具有批判性思维

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Report to general manager, responsible for regional business development activities for HaiWei:

• ASAPprime software licensing, training, IQ/OQ
• ASAPprime related lab services
• Pre-IND development services for NCEs
• Solid state chemistry research & development services
• 505(b)(2) pipelines out-licensing and co-development

• Attend conferences and exhibitions to introduce product and services of HaiWei
• Follow business lead, participate technical and business discussions to identify customer need (make customer visit if necessary)
• Quotation generating, contracting, invoicing and crediting
• Collect feedback from customers

Background

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry (physical chemistry, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, bioengineering), pharmaceutical or analytical sciences with 1-2 year related working experience
• Entrepreneurship, open-minded, self-motivated
• Clear-thinking, innovative and dynamic
• Familiar with analytical development and overall CMC activities of Pharmaceutical R&D
