Job Description

Technical project manager in the field of ADAS/Active safety(ESP) products:

1. Focus in technical project management tasks in Vehicle Motion Control and ADAS area

2. Be the technical responsible and technical interface for customer projects

3. Lead project development activities according to Bosch process

4. Lead the project team across system/software/hardware/testing/calibration

5. Customer and result oriented, meet the project target in timing/quality/cost

6. Cooperate within Bosch divisions and locations including international team

Qualifications

- Bachelor or master's degree in technical areas like electrical, automotive engineering, etc
- More than 3 years' work experience in vehicle development or project management
- Knowledge of vehicle chassis control, ESP, or ADAS
- Strong skills in communication and conflict management
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to motivate the project team
- Positive thinking and complex situation analysis skills
- Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
- PMP and Driver license are the plus
