Job Description

1.合同管理及审阅 （网络安全、数据安全、个人信息保护等相关部分）：制定审核合同模板，商务谈判及合同审核，管控授权及合同履行过程。

Contract management and review (Cyber security, data security and data protection related parts): develop and review contract templates, business negotiation and contract review, control authorization and contract fulfilment process.

2.争议解决：协调各类法律纠纷，负责处理诉讼仲裁案件并汲取宝贵经验和教训，提升为管理建议。

Dispute resolution: coordinate various legal disputes, handle litigation and arbitration cases, learn valuable experience and lessons, and upgrade to management advice.

3.重大项目：对公司项目、产品、服务提供网络安全及个人信息保护等法律增值服务，为项目重大决策及安全架构提供法律支持。

Major projects: provide legal value-added services for projects, service and IoT products. Provide legal support for project decisions and security architecture.

4.合规管理：建立健全公司网络安全及个人信息保护制度体系及流程。

Compliance management: establish and improve the company's cybersecurity and data protection system and procedures.

6.其他与网络安全及个人信息保护相关的法律事务。

Other legal tasks related to cyber security and data protection.

Qualifications

1.本科及以上，法学相关专业；

Bachelor degree and above, Law related majors.

2.至少3年以上大型制造企业或知名律所法务相关经验，有法律职业资格证书或者律师执业证； (IT相关法律事务经验优先)

At least 3 years or more relevant experience in large manufacturing enterprises. Having Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or Lawyer License. (rich experience for IT related legal consultancy is preferred)

3.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

Good at English listening, reading and writing;

4.具备合同审核的经验和技能；

Have experience and skills in contract review;

5.制定修订网络安全及个人信息保护制度及流程；

Formulate and revise data protection and cyber security systems and procedures;

6.具备洞察法律风险并提出应对措施或解决方案的能力；

Have the ability to perceive legal risks and propose countermeasures or solutions;

7. 具备法律文书撰写的技能；

Have the skills to write legal documents;

8. 具备办理疑难复杂法律纠纷案件的能力；

Have the ability to handle difficult and complex legal dispute cases.

9. 具备较强的沟通技巧和协调能力，具有大局观和执行力;

Possess strong communication skills and coordination skills, with overall view and execution ability.
