1. 负责区域内降废攻关活动以及质量改善活动

Responsible for scrap reduce conquering activity and improvement

2. 负责区域内的设备清单，设备开动率、停机率、OEE统计计算，设备节拍和生产节拍制定

Responsible for the list for the equipments, calculate the OEE and cycle time

3. 负责重点工序质量监控和记录确认

Responsible for the key process quality checking and record

4. 负责质量问题分析和反馈

Responsible for quality analysis & feedback

5. 负责区域内零缺陷装置的使用、调试,包括提出设想或改进方案

Responsible for application, test, incl. ideas or improvement concept of zero defect device

6. 负责提供区域内零缺陷清单以及改进

Responsible for the list for error proofing

7. 负责新项目的参与、跟踪及总结

Responsible for the new product participate, follow and conclusion

8. 完成领导交办的工作

Undertake tasks assigned by leaders

 

任职要求：

 1. 本科以上学历, ***有工程类背景

Education: bachelor degree or above, engineering background a plus

2. 熟悉产品及加工工艺、质量检验要求,质量控制要求和方法

Familiar with piston & piston processing, quality inspection requests, quality control requests & methods

3. 熟悉IE生产活动，有现场作业工作经验

Proven experience with IE workshop

4. 熟悉质量管理工具

Proven experience with quality method

5. 熟悉6sigma精益改善

Proven experience with 6 sigma

6. 熟练使用普通办公软件

Familiar with office software

Since TI Automotive FCS established the first operation in Qinhuangdao in 1987, its Bundy B&F business has achieved great success in China with thousands of staff in nearly a dozen of plants near OEM customers.
TI Automotive Systems (Shanghai)Co., Ltd which has the B&F and HVAC business under TI Automotive FCS, has about 29 global facilities in Mexico, USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech, Japan, South Korea, Australia and China. In China, it has more than 10 plants for supplying a/c hose and tube assemblies, receivers/driers, accumulators, quick connectors, and TOC/EOC lines to global OEMs and a/c system suppliers worldwide, which located in Qinhuangdao, Shanghai, Yantai, Changchun, Shenyang, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Haikou etc..
