BASIC FUNCTION

•  Responsible for regional consolidation of financial report, financial plan, and the forecast process on monthly basis.

• Assist business analysis to Asia business units.

• Work on the implementation of planning tooling cross the Asia Pacific region.

• Other ad-hoc assistances to finance and management team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Coordinate with regional finance team for Asia monthly actual / forecast reports consolidation. Assist in continuously improving Asia management analysis report process, templates, and data integration.

• Coordinate annual financial plan and monthly forecast process. Prepare requested Asia level consolidation report and work with business team to ensure the financial data accuracy and format alignment with Corporate standard.

• Coordinate and review the variance monthly business reports and perform the necessary financial analysis and highlight the key issues

• Lead in financial system implementation for financial planning and reporting.

• Perform other ad-hoc management report/project support as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Familiar with MS-Office tools, Excel/Word/PPT, experience in SAP/BPC/Business intelligence is a plus.

• Around 5 years working experience in accounting & finance, with 3-year relevant experience in FP&A.

• Fluent English in writing and speaking is required.  
• Good inter-personal communication skills.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

• Supervisory Relationships: Directly report to: AP FP&A Manager.   
• Organization Relationships: 

         * Closely work with Asia FP&A team and other finance teams on daily basis

         * Frequent contact with Asia Pacific business functions.
