BASIC FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the marketing communication and trade marketing works for Water Filtration in the Shanghai Office.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Marketing Communication

- Work with team to develop marcom plan and execution according to business objectives

- Assist for product shooting, video and responsible for brochure, leaflet, KV, webpage etc.

- Work with showroom designer, to set up new product display plan in showroom, complete master plan etc.

- Execute marketing programs, ATL& BTL, PR social media, according to the product roadmap and objectives

- Work with internal department and external agency closely on all marketing matters related to assigned products

• Responsible for 科勒净水 WeChat official account, including function menu, flow optimization/article topic specification and content control/daily operations etc.
• Kohler marketing events layout and communication support such as trade show, dealer conference, Kohler Running/SPA China etc.

？ Trade Marketing

- Coordinate and collect channel marketing needs and prepare trade marketing plan

- Develop product display sales tools and POSM which be able to demonstrate key selling points and best user experience to consumers.

- Support channel managers for products/materials application

- Marketing materials and inventory management

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

？ Reports to the General Manager of Water Filtration/Heater Business

？ External/Internal Relationship

To maintain corresponding contacts with design agency and venders, the Company’s distributors and dealers, Company appointed contractors and suppliers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ University degree, preferably in marketing related discipline

？ With a minimum of 3 years’ solid working experience in a similar industry or consumer goods marketing team

？ Reasonable good spoken and written English language skills

？ Good command of the Chinese and English MS Office software application
