Job Responsibilities：

Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Manage the recruiting process ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up.
Support sub function, supply chain and IT.
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Build strong partnership with the business, HR Partner, and Compensation。
Promote company culture and build up effective communication channels.
Ensure a positive employee relations environment through strong relationships at all levels of the company.

Job Requirements：

2-3 years of corporate work experience, bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related majors. 
Possess experience of supporting sub function, supply chain and IT.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with employees and BP.
Possess excellent recruitment skills.
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
Good learning ability and need work overtime.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office software, fluent English reading and writing.
