Key Responsibility
? Backup the equipment, including and not limited image (Acronis), master data (Versiondog, central production data). Recovery the data in machine-PC and server after system crash.
? Participate in the troubleshooting of workshop equipment, eliminate the failure of IT related equipment and software (PLC, Comproxy, Stako, Wincc etc). Coordinate with external support to troubleshoot the hardware/software problems.
? Ensure the security of production network, install and configurate McAfee Solidcore, update and moitor virus protection, update and install security patch.
? Replace and update the production computer and hardware, install necessary custom applications. Monitor and configurate the computer system, including manage IP address, user and computer account manage (including MCIS, central production data etc.); install switches and media converters; configurate the network component and maintain network connections.
? Layout and manage production scanners and printers, including replace and camera scanner, troubleshoot the failure of printers, scanners and data source systems.
? Develop and improve relevant work management documents and provide standardized workflows.

Basic requirements
? At least three years’ production IT related working experiment
? Bachelor degree or above , major in IT or related major
? Good at English
? Familiar with MS office and SQL Server
