Key Responsibility
? Understand, manage, maintain and update production equipment programmable controller / control panel / servo system. Includes pre-assembled lines, assembly lines and inspection lines, and control hardware and software for complex and interdependent attachments (such as bolt guns, measuring stations, robots, marking and reading systems, etc.), including network and field servers (PLR) and various production databases
? Understand high-level control systems, plant network connections, SAP interfaces, and system and interface requirements from final assembly, inspection, logistics, quality, IT, and perform hardware and software maintenance, and eliminate or coordinate with IT departments to troubleshoot data transmission failures
? Organize and produce a list of control system specifications for the relevant equipment, as well as a list of appropriate control software to ensure that the software license is valid. Participate in equipment procurement, pre-acceptance, installation and commissioning and final acceptance.
? Through various channels, such as accepting the needs of relevant departments, collecting and analyzing system data, implementing rationalization projects, participating in CIP seminars, quality control status, and requirements of superior project teams, etc., propose system and test cycle optimization recommendations and implement them. Verify the feasibility of applying a new IT system, participate in the planning of alternative systems and evaluate operability.
? Monitor the operational status of the control system, including its stability, quantitative and qualitative asset utilization, and work with IT or Maintenance to repair the system if necessary.
? Inter-departmental and cross-regional collaboration, including technical support during production testing and pre-production, and data tracking support during product warranty. Train and guide users of the control system.

Basic requirements
? At least three years’ electrical control or production tracking system related working experiment, automation is a plus 
? Bachelor degree or above , major in electrical engineering/ mechatronics/automation or related major
? Good at English
? Technological German as a plus
? Familiar with MS office, SQL data base and Siemens PLC
