职位描述
Responsibilities:
1、Answer incoming calls or enquiries and greeting visitors in professional manners;
2、Meeting room reservation and management, operating meeting facilities and MRM system;
3、Arranging car transfers for professionals, maintaining records, preparing monthly billing;
4、Ordering lunch and keeping records, preparing monthly billing;
5、Maintaining professionals’ travel records and reports;
6、Maintaining a supply of stationeries, drinks, food, cleaning supplies etc.;
7、Office access control and building access arrangement for visitors;
8、Mailing and courier, handle incoming and outgoing posts;
9、Operating and managing staff attendance record system, preparing monthly report;
10、Managing all office equipment and facilities maintenance and fixing;
11、Admin support to the office as assigned.
Requirements:
1、College or above, prefer major in English or admin support;
2、Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in both Chinese and English;
3、A good team player;
4、Service-oriented and proactive;
5、Flexible on working hours;
6、Stable and attend to details;
7、Preferable 2 years’ experience in investment firm.
