岗位职责：

1）有供应商、生产现场质量控制经验

Experience in supplier and production line quality control.

2）熟悉ISO9000、QS9000、VDA6.3&6.5和IATF16949质量体系

Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 9000 ,VDA6.3&6.5 and IATF16949

3）了解ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系

Knowledge of environment standard ISO14001, Occupational Safety and Health standard OHSAS 18001

4）有供应商管理、评审经验

Experience in supplier management and auditing.

5）熟悉APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D等质量工具

Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D tools

6）较强分析、协调能力和团队合作精神

Good analysis, communication, team working and interpersonal skills.

7）Owner of the 8D and NCM process from D4 to closure (including NCM issues from all Divisions)

作为8D和NCM对应过程的担当，负责跟进8D的第4步至关闭。NCM-Nonconforming Material即原材料品质抱怨。包括全球Autoliv工厂发放给指定供应商的所有NCM。）

8）Ensure Yokoten activities at D7 for similar parts and processes at the supplier causing the NCM.

确保在发生NCM的供应商端，横向展开评估和改善活动至相似产品和过程。

9）Initiate Yokoten activity to the PASQ when Global Yokoten is required.

当要求在全球供应商范围内横向展开评估和改善活动时，须起草该横向展开活动细则并知会PASQ。

10）Validate and verify the root causes and actions. (On site supplier visit as required, mandatory for NCM A at D7).

评估和验证原因和对策。（要求在供应商端进行现场评估和验证，特别是对于NCM A的第7步。）

11）Agree with Plant SQ if NCM is valid or should be cancelled or moved to Supplier communication.

和工厂SQ在NCM 是否确认或应该被取消或转成供应商讨论上保持一致。

12）8D and NCM closure in terms of quality and timing, independent of escalation level.

有效并在规定的时间内完成8D 和NCM的关闭，不受升级等级的限制。

13）Owner of the NCM escalation according to the NCM Escalation model.

负责按照NCM升级流程执行。

14）Communicate closure back to the plant issuing the NCM.

和相关工厂讨论是否可以关闭NCM。

15）Execute regular supplier audits planned by the PASQ.

按照PASQ制定的供应商审核计划执行审核。

16）Execute onsite supplier activities for assigned suppliers in collaboration with the PASQ.

配合PASQ展开供应商现场活动。

17）Follow up on NCM actions. 跟进NCM相关活动。

18）Supplier improvement and development initiatives，Yokoten, etc.

应对供应商改善和开发活动，如横向展开等。

19）Validate the supplier annual layout inspection report when necessary.

当需要时，评估供应商年度产品检验报告。

20）Responsible for the onsite supplier verification for DAR effectiveness and DAR updates as required.

当需要时，现场确认发货前审核报告。

21）Score the AS051 rating for RESP in the APSD.

对供应商评价服务分。（基于AS51标准）

22）Follow-up on AS051 result and escalations.

跟进AS51的评分结果和升级。

23）Fulfill the specific customer requirements applicable for assigned suppliers.

按照客户的具体要求在指定的供应商处进行推导。

任职要求：

教育背景

机械、汽车、电子类本科以上学历Associate degree or above in metal material, mechanical, automotive, electronica engineering.

技能技巧

? 有供应商、生产现场质量控制经验Experience in supplier and production line quality control.

? 熟悉ISO9000、QS9000、VDA6.3&6.5和IATF16949质量体系Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 9000 ,VDA6.3&6.5 and IATF16949
