岗位职责：

1. 支持经理有效管理及发展样件车间，达成绩效指标

  Responsible for effective management and development of prototype workshop with manager, and achieving the KPI very well

2. 负责投资新的生产线及拓展产能

Responsible for new production line investment and capacity expansion

3. 监督和指导样件操作人员新产品的制作

Supervise and guide operators on new sample assembling

4. 支持质量工程师控制和提高样件质量，确保0缺陷和及时交付

Support quality engineer in sample quality control and improvement, to ensure zero defect and sample delivery on time

5. 支持经理执行PMEA Go, See and Fix活动

Support manager to carry out PFMEA go, See and Fix activity.  

6. 依照产品工程师的要求，通过3D打印机制作相应的快速成型件; 以及负责3D打印机的日常管理和维护

Make the relevant rapid prototype samples according PE’s requirement via 3D printer; and responsible for 3D printer daily management and maintenance.

7. 生产线布局的设置/优化，运作中样件流/信息流的的设定和优化

Production-line layout set up/optimization, operation material flow/information flow design/optimization

8. 负责设计快速成型件，优化打印方案，节约耗材

Responsible for rapid prototype samples design, optimize printing project and save consumable

9. 协助生产夹具和辅助工具的设计和优化

Support fixture (tool) design and optimization for prototype workshop

10. 负责5S、TPM等APS工作的开展及有效监督

Responsible for effective APS task execution and supervision, include 5S and TPM.

11. 理解并执行质量管理体系要求

Understand and implement quality management system requirements

12. 确保样件车间的工作安全，确保车间内所有成员整年无安全事故发生

To ensure the work safety in prototype workshop and ensure that no security incidents throughout the year

13. 完成上级主管、经理所指定的工作任务

Completing other tasks that manager and supervisor designated

任职要求：

1. 至少3年以上机械设计或者工艺控制经验

Above 3 years mechanical design or process control experience.

1. 工艺过程设计和质量控制能力，控制计划、指导书等文件编制技能

Better knowledge of technics process design and quality control, include the control plan and working instruction preparation

3. 过程失效分析

Better knowledge of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

4. 机械装配及制图设计技能

Better knowledge of the mechanical assemble drawing design, abundant experience in mechanical drawing
