Position Summary/职位概述:

Experienced to electronical or automatic products design and innovative electronic solutions generation. Be able to do electronical issue analysis, function test and corrective actions implementation in daily products design and manufacture. Have the ability to process the schematics, PCB related files and simple firmware with at least one popular software. Familiar with regulations/compliance (e.g. CCC, CE, UL, TUV etc.). Hands-on experience to analyze and resolve quality issues in electronic aspects found on production lines cooperating with production, SCM and quality team.

要求电子或自动化产品设计以及创新的电子解决方案输出方面经验丰富；能独立分析解决电子方面的问题、执行功能测试，并落实纠正措施到日常的产品设计与制造之中；有能力用至少一种常用软件设计电路原理图，PCB文件和相关的简单固件；熟悉CCC、CE、UL、TUV等认证的要求以及认证的流程；在配合生产、供应链以及质量部门解决生产线上发生的电子相关问题方面，有丰富的实践经验。

Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

1. Responsible for the electronic modules design of new products, including schematics, PCB, simple firmware, selection and verification of electronic components.

   设计新产品的电子相关模块，包含电路图、PCB、简单固件、电子器件选取和验证；

2. Analyze the electronic design of existing products and optimize the design, in order to enhance products quality or production efficiency, or to reduce products cost.

   分析现有产品的电子设计并优化，以提高产品质量或者生产效率，或节约成本；

3. Coordinate production and quality department to do Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) when new product development or products transferring.

   在新产品开发以及产品转移过程中，协调生产与质量部门一起做失效模式及效果分析；

4. Responsible for process development, introduction, validation and tracking from pilot run to mass production at electronical area.

   负责产品从试产到量产的电子方面工艺设计、导入、验证和跟踪；

5. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, verifying and solving problems found in mass production, and prepare the standard documents accordingly.

   负责收集、分析、验证和解决产品生产过程中的电子方面的问题，并且更新或准备相应的标准文件；

6. Electronical components or PCBAs verification when new sourcing or ECN implementing.

   新供应商开发和工程变更（ECN）过程中，负责电子零部件的验证与认可。

7. Comprehensive schematics and PCBA requirements introduced to suppliers, sourcing and production team from the global customers.

   将全球客户提供的电路原理图和PCBA的相关要求加以整理，然后将详细准确的资料导入供应商和生产团队。

   
   

   Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/最低要求与资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering or Automatic Engineering.

   电子工程或自动化本科以上学历；

2. Preferably minimum 3 years of related working experience for electronic manufacture (Firmware, PCB, heating element, etc.) and process engineering in lab instruments.

   3年以上在实验室行业电子制造（固件、PCB、加热部件等相关）与工艺工程的经验；

3. Hands-on experience of analytic and problem-solving at production lines or labs.

   有实际分析、解决生产线或者实验室运作过程中发现的问题的相关经验；

4. Excellent interpersonal communication and team working skills are required.

   卓越的人际沟通技巧和团队合作能力；

5. Familiar with difference country safety certificate, such as CCC, CE, UL, TUV etc.

   熟悉多种国家的安全认证，例如CCC, CE, UL, TUV 等等；

6. Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT), PCB software (Protel, PADS) is a plus.

   熟练使用MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT), 会用PCB软件（Protel, PADS）更佳；

   Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria/无协商聘用标准:

1. Must be able to travel within China or internationally on business trips when necessary.

   必须能接受必要的国际或者国内出差；

2. Must be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.

   必须能够独立、自发地工作，同时能够与团队合作；

3. Must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate directly with customers and share technical information and provide documents.

   必须有较强的与客户进行口头和书面沟通的技巧，有分享技术信息和提供文件的能力；

4. Must possess strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and service customers in a timely manner.

   必须有较强的组织技巧，能在规定的时间内达成客户需求，及时提供所需的客户服务。

   Working Conditions/工作条件:

   Normal office environment, willing to travel when necessary

   正常办公环境，必要时能出差；
