Main Duties：

1. MEP Quantity survey skill requested by kinds of drawings / technical info.

2. Prepare cost estimate from CD/BD/DD design. MEP will be major skill as requirement. However, optional to take other discipline from a long-term view development.

3. Assist to integrate disciplines estimate to complete cost estimation. In addition, ready for clarification round by round per proposal procedure requirement.

4. Assist to collect cost information from executed contract/change orders/ statements of ongoing and completed project;

5. Assist to maintain benchmark of MEP;

6. Assist to keep on tracking market price of material, labour and construction cost; analysis, uploading those to database;

7. Embrace knowledge/experience of BMS / FMCS system

8. Embrace knowledge/experience of Process .

  9. Teamwork skill and hard work spirit requested.

Qualifications:

3-8 years of MEP quantity survey or cost estimator experience of one completely project lifecycle.  Major subject with Bachelor degree HVAC , ELE & ELV( include  High/ Medium/Low Voltage), Plumbing

Working experience in cost estimation or engineering/construction

Experience in field of Quantity surveyors from project start to the end

Had ATF, LSS, Date Centre project experience that is preferred
