POSITION SUMMARY
The Hydrogen Energy Systems (HES) team is responsible for Air Products’ efforts in the developing Hydrogen Mobility markets (deploying hydrogen as a fuel). The Business Development responsibilities encompasses commercial outreach through sales of gases and sales of equipment. The sales of gases includes the sales of hydrogen as the fuel through investment of HRS station to support the mobility market by AP fully owned entity or JV.
The incumbent will be accountable to convert the traditional logistics fleets with internal combustion engine(ICE) to fuel cell vehicles and then work with other business development managers in the territory to invest HRS networks and increase the sales of hydrogen to mobility market.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:
Support the deployment of China H2fM program.
Develop the long term relationship and partnership with the companies in the market of logistics, warehouse, distribution, automobile and fuel cell system etc. Study the need of customers who is using and will use the logistics service for the products delivery and develop the feasible and profitable business model and projects to use fuel cell vehicles instead of fleets with ICE.
Work with the business development manager-HES in the territory to develop the HRS project to support the execution of the business model and projects. Increase the hydrogen sales in the mobility market.
Understand the policy related with fuel cell, automobile and work with automobile company and fuel cell system company to develop fitful vehicle type for the logistics service.
Other project or job assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Qualifications
Educational: Bachelor degree or above in the automobile engineering, logistics etc.
Job Related: (Minimum) 10 years experience above in business development area of logistics market.
Job Related: (Desirable) Logistics business development
Experience and skill
Can explore in the uncertain market without clear guidance.
Can identify the business model quickly.
Have strategic mindset to identify the best business chance for company.
Good team work and can pull the resource together to meet customer expectation.
Self driven and disciplined.
Results oriented person.
