• University graduate with over 5 years relevant sales and real estate experience

• Has the experience in managing a sizable sales team and know how to motivate and manage the team

• Fluent in written and oral English

• Strong leadership, social network and interpersonal skills

•  Able to work under great pressure

•  熟悉国内外房地产金融和贷款市场,有在上海地区银行,房屋贷款公司,房地产公司或保险公司的高级销售及管理经验者尤佳
