Duties:

-Support TC head to build up a passionate, innovative, productive, disciplined and sustainable technical support special force

-Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ITS to capture pain-point / expectation of customer and consumer, market trend, and competitor’s activity, as a result, identify innovation / service opportunity

-Define key customer approach tactics and concrete operation schedule with sales, marketing and ITS, innovation day and tangible yearly visit plan for instance 

-Consolidate insight across sales, marketing, ITS, formulation, product manager, and company’s strategy, to propose rational NPD initiative / benchmark activity

-Leverage internal and external resources to enrich solution / service portfolio, and improve technical competence of the team

-Lead technical team to deliver differentiated & competitive technical support within time, cost and quality expectation, in particular, shorten time to market and increase ROI

Requires:

-Food science & engineering, flour science or relevant education background, master degree or above, with overseas education / training experience will be preferred 

-10 years or above practical R&D / technical service experience in bakery industry

-Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and project management skill

-Fluent English or French in writing and speaking, good Chinese for professional communication.
