EGF International (China) Co., Ltd is an international freight forwarding company founded in 2019, we are just getting started. As a result of our expansion plan for EGF International in China and APAC regions, and our continued efforts to provide exceptional customer services. We are looking for a smart, passionate and operational-focused account executive in Shenzhen who will be dedicated to customer care and operation execution in China and APAC region. With proven experience in account management, customer services and operation both online and offline, the Key Account Executive is expected to build trusted relationship with partners and bring professional service to EGF's customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Implement business plans to customer according to the SOP
• Build up strong and long lasting relationships with customers, agents, and partners
• Proactively provide full solutions and streamline the operational process to help customers succeed in managing their international freight forwarding shipment
• Responsible for daily customer care services, including order and document processing, space management, online system operation etc., covering both Sea/Ocean export and import business;
• Collaborate with Sales team to ensure high level of customer services and to drive business growth.

            

Skill/Qualification Requirements

• College degree or above
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent ability to build long lasting relationship
• Passionate, self-motivated with strong organization skill, be able to work proactively and in high efficiency  
• Excellent user of MS office tools
• Be fluent in written in English, CET-4 or above is preferred.
