STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The HR Manager is to develop and implement HR mission and initiatives aligned with RMG China direction for East zone.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) SPECIFIC (80%)

1) Lead and supervise HR team in East zone and manage the day-to-day HR operations in Raffles Medical East China zone which includes Raffles Shanghai Hospital and Shanghai Clinic, Nanjing Clinics. Collaborate with key managers to ensure the timely coordination and execution of business/medical plans and activities.

2) Manage recruitment process and activities.

3) Work with 3rd part to support foreign employees' work permit and visa application, extension and cancellation etc.

4) Supervise and strengthen employee life cycle management. Conduct exit interview and related data analysis.

5) Setup HRIS together with IT department and optimize HR working flow and employee/manager self-service functions via system.

5) Work with HRD and headquarter C&B team to conduct staff performance review and promotion, annual salary increment and bonus proposal preparation.

6) Review or develop human resources policies, practices and procedures.

7) Provide advice on relevant employment and people legislation and handle non-compliance and governance issues.

(B) GENERAL (20%)

1) Perform other related special assignment or projects when required.

2) Conduct hospital/clinic/office administrative support.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1 Bachelor or above

2 Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese

3 Proficiency in MS Office

4 Excellent communication and influencing skills

5 More than 8 years solid working experience in HR

6 Familiar with China labor regulations

7 Proactive, self-motivated
