工作时间：9：00-5：30，午休一小时
英语会读写，书面运用excel word outlook等office 软件
工作认真负责，学习适应能力强，有行政类工作经验
工作内容（大概）：
Receptionist
前台接待管理：客人接待，电话转接，门禁卡发放和指纹录入管理
报销收集递送
物业报修，洗手间物料补充
预订会议室和EBC
Vendor资料审核以及申请
公司通讯录，供应商通讯录整理及更新
快递收发及查询，电话账单核对，统计机票金额
订名片，订信封信纸，订机票/火车票，用车安排（接送机等），订协议酒店
订饮用水，订办公用品，订餐和下午茶等
以上所有每月对账 ， 做ER和预付款，催促发票和寄送财务，跟进付款事宜（水，保洁，绿化，快递，机票，电话/手机费，咖啡机，名片，用车， 等）
负责会议室预订及办公秩序环境的维护
完成上级交办的其他工作
